摘　　要：本文首先就外资加强控股对五种技术溢出效应的影响进行了理论分析,特别是对外资控股比例提高如何影响技术溢出效应的机制进行了探讨。随后,以三期中国全国经济普查数据为基础,对外资控股权与技术溢出效应之间的关系进行了实证分析。主要结论如下:第一,从地区层面来看,外资控股比例提高有利于集聚性技术溢出,但是不利于竞争性技术溢出;从行业层面来看,外资控股比例变动与两种技术溢出效应之间是非线性型关系。第二,外资控股比例较高和较低的地区或行业,两种技术溢出效应没有显著不同。Abstract： This paper theoretically analyzes the influence of the strengthening of foreign capital holdings on five technical spillover effects, and especially discusses the mechanism on how the increase of foreign ownership affects the technical spillover effect. Then, based on three terms data of China Economic Census, the paper empirically investigates the relationship between the foreign ownership and the technical spillover effect, which obtains some main conclusions as follows： （i） On the regional level, the increase of foreign ownership, having negative influence on competitive technology spillover effect, will positively influence the accumulative technology spillover effect; （ii） From the industrial level, the relationship between the foreign ownership and two forms of technical spillover effect is nonlinear; （iii） The two kinds of technical spillover effect would not significantly change in response to the increase or decrease of foreign ownership in different regions and industries.
