医改对省级妇女专科医院经济运行的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新医改政策对省级妇女专科医院经济运行的影响。方法:以浙江省妇产科医院为分析对象,收集整理该院2012—2016年上半年的财务数据,运用比率分析法、趋势分析法以及因素分析法等对医改前后的数据进行分析比较。结果:该院经济运行平稳,补偿率较高,收入结构优化,医务人员积极性提高,公益性逐步增强,医保支付比例提高。结论:医改取得预期成果,建议加强优质妇女健康服务供给,应对全面二孩时代,进一步优化收入结构,加强成本管控,促进省妇产科医院持续健康发展。Objective： To analyze the impact of medical care reform policy on the economic operation of provincial women specialist hospital. Methods： Taking the Women Specialist Hospital of Zhejiang Province as the studying object, it collected the financial data of the hospital from 2011 to 2015, analyzed and compared the data before and after the reform based on the methods of ratio analysis, treml analysis, factor analysis and so on. Results： The economical operation of the hospital was stable, the compensation rate was higher, the income structure was optimized, the enthusiasm of the medical personnel was improved, the public welfare was gradually strengthened and the proportion of medicare payment increased. Conclusion： The medical reform had achieved expected results. It suggested to strengthen the supply of quality health service for women, prepare for the era of two children, and further optimize the in-come structure, strengthen cost control and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Women Specialist Hospital of Zhejiang.
