饲喂酸化奶对犊牛生长、血液指标和腹泻的影响

摘　　要：试验以犊牛为研究对象,研究小群自由采食酸化奶对犊牛生长、血液指标和腹泻的影响,以单栏定时定量饲喂牛奶作为对照。结果表明:(1)试验组会降低犊牛在31~60日龄颗粒料采食量,对犊牛的生长发育产生影响,其体高和胸围的日增量显著低于对照组,且在61~180日龄胸围日增量的差异依然显著;(2)血液尿素、胆固醇含量对照组分别比试验组高18.63个百分点(P<0.05)、35.76个百分点(P<0.001),说明试验组更有利于蛋白代谢和脂肪沉积,但免疫球蛋白在任何时间段组之间差异均不显著;(3)腹泻发病率、腹泻频率对照组分别比试验组高8.33个百分点、2.93个百分点,说明酸化奶小群饲养模式能显著减少犊牛腹泻。The experiment was aimed at the calves, the effects of that acidified milk randomly and feeding in a group on growth indices, blood index, diarrhea was studied, in a milk timely and quantitatively and feeding in calf hutch as a control. The results showed that： （1） The experiment group affected the pellet intake during 31 d to 60 d, affected the calf growth and development, and then decreased the height, bust increment per day comparing with the control group,and in 61 to 180 d bust increment per day incremental differences remained significant; （2）The urea, total cholesterol in the control group was 18.63% （P〈0.05）,35.76% （P〈0.001）higher than the experiment group, which was advantageous to the protein metabolism and fat deposits .The immunoglobulin content had no significant difference between the handle and over time ; （3）Incidence of diarrhea and the diarrhea frequency in the control group was 8.33%,2.93% higher than the experiment group, indicated that the experiment group significantly reduced the calf diarrhea.
