高效毛细管电泳法测定灯盏花素系列制剂的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立毛细管电泳法测定灯盏花素注射液和灯盏花素片中灯盏花乙素的含量。方法 :采用 5 7cm× 5 0 μm(i.d .)未涂层石英毛细管 ,分离电压 :2 0kV ,缓冲液 :4 0mmol·L-1硼砂 (pH 8.5 0 ,+磷酸调节 ) ,检测波长 :2 80nm。 结果 :灯盏花乙素线性范围为 0 .10～ 4 .0mg·mL-1(r=0 .9985 ) ,回收率大于 98.0 % ,RSD小于 2 .5 %。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于灯盏花素注射液和灯盏花素片的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method for determination of scutellarin in Denzhanhuasu Tablet and Dengzhanhuasu Injection using capillary electrophoresis. Methods:Separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary 57cm×57μm(i.d.) at a running voltage 20 kV, 40mmol·L -1 borax (pH 8.50 with H 3PO 4)buffer, detection at 280nm.Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.10～ 4.0 mg·mL -1 ( r =0.9985). The average recovery were >98.0% with RSD <2.5% for Dengzhanhuasu Tablet and Dengzhanhuasu Injection. Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid and accurate, can be used for controlling quality of Dengzhanhuasu Tablet and Dengzhanhuasu Injection.
