摘 要:目的探讨谷胱甘肽在慢阻肺治疗中的疗效。方法选取近几年我院诊断为慢阻肺的患者,慢阻肺分级为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,随机分为50例研究组和50例对照组。两组基础治疗为支气管舒张剂、糖皮质激素联合抗生素等,研究组加用谷胱甘肽治疗。对比(1)两组治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶。(2)两组治疗前后6min步行试验距离。结果两组治疗前TNF-α、IL-6水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平及6min步行试验距离比较无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平及6min步行试验距离比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺患者使用谷胱甘肽治疗后,能提高体内抗氧化水平,对降低炎症水平有重要的意义,因此可以将谷胱甘肽作为慢阻肺的辅助治疗手段用于临床。Objective To investigate the effect of glutathione in treatment of COPD. Methods 100 COPD patients at grade II-IV were randomly divided into the study group (n =50) and the control group (n =50). The basic treatment included bronchial dilation agents, glucocorticoids combined with antibiotics, etc, and the study group was additionally given glutathione. The level of of TNF-α, IL-6, glutathione peroxidase and 6-minute walking distance were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in TNF-α, IL-6, gluta- thione peroxidase and 6min walking distance between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ), but they showed significant differ- ences after treatment between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The use of glntathione in patients with COPD can improve the level of antioxidant in vivo, and reduce the level of inflammation.
