摘 要:目的探讨严重肺挫伤早期行机械通气治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2012年12月至2015年12月期间,在本院ICU接受早期机械通气治疗的30例严重肺挫伤患者为研究对象,对比观察和分析患者实施机械通气治疗前和机械通气治疗24h后血气指标及心率和呼吸频率的变化。结果 30例严重肺挫伤患者使用机械通气治疗24h后的动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、氧合指数(PaO_2/FiO_2)、心率(HR)和呼吸频率(R)五项数据均优于治疗前,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。30例早期行机械通气治疗的严重肺挫伤患者28例治愈,治愈率93.33%,死亡2例,病死率6.66%。结论尽早对严重肺挫伤患者施行机械通气治疗可以显著改善患者呼吸及氧合状况,降低严重肺挫伤患者病死率,因此值得在临床上推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of early implement mechanical ventilation treatment for patients with severe pulmonary contusion. Methods 30 cases of severe pulmonary contusion from December 2012 to December 2015 were implemented meehanieal ventilation treatment. Their blood gas index, heart rate and breathing rate were observed, and the indicators before and after 24 hours treatment were compared. Results Significant im- provement of the observation indicators was found in prior treatment compared with post treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ). A- mong the 30 cases, 28 cases were cured and 2 eases died. The cure rate was 93.3%, and the mortality was 6. 66%. Conclusion The early implement mechanical ventilation treatment for patients with severe pulmonary contusion can significantly improve their respiratory function and oxygenation and decrease the mortality, which is worthy of widely clinical promotion.
