摘　　要：针对现职干部飞参数据管理与应用专业的培训对象和培养目标,分析了军内外的教学现状及需要解决的主要问题,提出了新的教学施训模式,收到了较好的教学效果。According to the training objects and targets of in-service cadres in the major of flight data management and application,current teaching situations as well as its main problems inside and outside the military were analyzed in this paper. Then,a novel teaching method was proposed and it achieved better teaching performances in practice.
