摘　　要：我国知识产权高等教育存在结构性矛盾、缺乏理论支撑、面临"技术壁垒"。解决上述问题也需要人才培养的"供给侧改革",可以考虑的措施包括:调整人才培养结构、加强基础理论研究和加强专利人才培养。In China,higher education . of intellectual property have confronted with some structural problems,say lacking in theoretical foundation and ＂technical barrier＂. We should look into the dilemma from the supply side and take some drastic measures to solve the problems,such as the adjustment of the personnel training,focus on the basic research, foster of elites in the field of patent litigation and patent management and so forth.
