劲男春颗粒治疗肾虚肝郁型阳痿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察劲男春颗粒治疗肾虚肝郁型阳痿的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。观察组口服劲男春颗粒免煎中药,对照组口服疏肝益阳胶囊,两组同时给予心理疏导治疗,治疗4周。结果:总有效率治疗组87.5%,对照组67.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后IIEF-5评分较治疗前均有明显升高(P<0.05),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:劲男春颗粒治疗肾虚肝郁型阳痿疗效优于疏肝益阳胶囊。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jinnanchun Granules on erectile dysfunction of kidney asthenia and liver depression type. Method： 80 cases of ED were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 40 cases were treated with Jinnanchun Granules as the treatment group while 40 cases were treated with Shugan Yiyang Capsules as the control group. At the same time, two groups of patients received psychological dredging therapy. The clinical curative effect was evaluated at the end of 4 weeks. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5% while that of the control group was 67.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . IIEF-5 scores of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05） and there was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Jinnanchun Granules is superior to Shuganyiyang capsules in treating erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.
