养血润肠兼活血法治疗老年习惯性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养血润肠兼活血法治疗老年习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例。治疗组给予中药口服,对照组给予杜密克口服,治疗4周。结果:总有效率治疗组92.5%、对照组67.5%,治疗组疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论:养血润肠兼活血法治疗老年习惯性便秘具有显著疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of nourishing blood to relax bowels and activating blood method in the treatment of senile constipation. Method： 80 cases of senile constipation patients were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random. The treatment group were treated with Chinese herbs while the control group were treated with Duphalac. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Result ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5% while that of the control group was 67.5%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） .There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group during the treatment. Conclusion： Nourishing blood to relax bowels and activating blood method has significant therapeutic effect on patients with senile constipation.
