摘  要:目的 :建立松叶药材中α 蒎烯含量测定的方法。方法 :以高效毛细管柱程序升温气相色谱法测定α 蒎烯的含量。结果 :α 蒎烯进样量在 0 .4 2 4 μg~ 2 .12 μg范围内 ,对照品和内标浓度的比值与对照品的内标峰面积的比值有良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9999,平均回收率为 97.9% ,RSD为 2 .9% (n =5 ) ,另比较了干燥药材和新鲜药材中α 蒎烯的含量 ,发现两者含量差异显著。结论 :此含量测定方法简便、可靠、重现性好、灵敏度高 ,为松叶药材质量的分析控制提供可行的含量测定方法。Objective: To establish a new method for determination of α pinene in Folium Pini. Method: The contents of α pinene were determined by high performance capillary gas chromatography with sequential increase of temperature programming. Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.424 2.12μg( r =0.9999). The average recovery was 97.9% and the relative standard deviation was 2.9%( n =5), and it was found that the contents of α pinene in dry herbs were markedly different from the contents in fresh herbs. Conclusion: The method is simple, and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be applied as quantitative analysis method for Folium Pini.
