摘　　要：近年来,丙肝的治疗方案发生了巨大变化,由长效干扰素联合利巴韦林的标准方案,到现阶段新型高效口服直接抗病毒药物的应用。本文主要针对直接抗丙肝病毒的药物研发及进展进行较为全面的总结与回顾,希望为丙肝领域的后续发展提供一定参考作用。In recent years, treatment of HCV occurred great changes, by the standard interferon plus ribavirin, with development of novel oral direct antiviral drug application. And it mainly introduced the treatment effect and market situation of new direct antiviral agents listed , hoping to provide certain reference for the later development of the treatment of hepatitis C virus （HCV）.
