摘　　要：施工项目决策网络计划技术需进行多道工序,且采用不同施工方案、机械设备、人力资源和组织方式提供有效方法。通过对比某研发项目方案,采用决策网络计划技术在规定工期下对费用进行优化,使费用大幅降低。Construction project decision making network planning technique involves multiple processes, different construction schemes, mechanical equipment, human resources and organization modes. After comparison of research and development schemes for a project, decision-making network planning technique was adopted to optimized the cost within the specified construction schedule and obviously reduced the construction cost.
