实用型氯丁胶粘剂的制备

摘　　要：摒弃传统的高毒性"三苯"溶液、强刺激性的酯类和酮类溶液,选取低毒低气味的混合溶剂,采用预反应液和混炼的制备工艺,制得了较为实用的氯丁型胶粘剂。结果表明,当V(环己烷):V(120~#溶剂油):V(碳酸二甲酯)=3:4:3时,胶粘剂的不挥发物含量为28.8%,剪切强度和剥离强度分别为2.32 MPa、3.81 k N/m,综合性能较好。Spurning the traditional high toxic ＂three benzene＂ solutions, strong irritant ester solutions and ketone solutions, a practical type neoprene adhesive was prepared by using the process of pre-reaction solution and mixing and selecting the low toxic and low pungent mixed solvents. The results showed that when volume ratio V（cyclohexane）：V（120# solvent oil）：V（methyl-carbonate）=3：4：3, the nonvolatile matter content of the adhesive was 28.8%, and its shearing strength and peeling strength were 2.32 MPa and 3.81 kN/m, respectively.
