摘 要:[目的]探究新化合物HNPC-A14401的杀菌作用机理。[方法]通过研究HNPC-A14401活体杀菌活性,并通过扫描电镜观察其对菌丝影响,以及研究其对能量代谢影响,初步研究了HNPC-A14401的杀菌作用方式和机制。[结果]HNPC-A14401对黄瓜灰霉病活体防效与啶酰菌胺处同一水平,其对菌丝扩展有强烈抑制作用但对气生菌丝影响较小,其对能量代谢的影响不显著。[结论]HNPC-A14401作用方式可能为抑制病菌侵染或菌丝在细胞间扩展,其对病原菌能量代谢过程无影响。[Aims] The sterilization mechanism of the new compound HNPC-A14401 was studied primarily. [Methods] Pot experiments were conducted to study the bactericida activity of the new compound, in addition, the effects of the new compound on the energy metabolism were studied. Scanning electron microscopic observation was also used. [Results] In pot experiments, the bactericida activity of the new compound was at the same level with boscalid. The new compound had strong influence on the mycelium growth. Besides, it was found that the compound had low degree of inhibition to the energy metabolism. [Conclusions] The sterilization mechanism of the new compound may be inhibiting infection process or disease development among cells of the host, in addition, the new compound had no effect on the energy metabolism of pathogenic fungi.
