摘  要:[目的]建立HPLC测定25%呋虫胺·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮种衣剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)反相柱,以乙腈-水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,在波长275 nm条件下测定试样中呋虫胺和吡唑醚菌酯的含量。[结果]呋虫胺和吡唑醚菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9999,变异系数分别为0.73%和1.37%,标准偏差分别为0.148和0.097,平均回收率分别为99.65%和100.13%。[结论]该方法操作简便、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高,适用于制剂中呋虫胺和吡唑醚菌酯的定量分析。[Aims] The HPLC method for determination of active ingredient contents in dinotefuran-pyraclostrobin 25% FS was established. [Methods] The simultaneous determination of dinotefuran and pyraclostrobin in the samples was conducted with Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column as fix phase, the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water (70:30, by vol) as mobile phase by HPLC and UV detector at 275 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for dinotefuran and pyraclostrobin were both 0.9999, the coefficients of variation were 0.73 and 1.37%, the standard deviations were 0.148 and 0.097, and the average recoveries were 99.65 and 100.13%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of dinotefuran and pyraclostrobin in formulation.
