摘 要:[目的]研究嘧菌环胺在苹果中的消解动态和残留变化,评价其膳食摄入风险。[方法]样品经乙腈超声提取,固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱-质谱仪检测。[结果]在0.01~2 mg/kg的加标量范围中,平均回收率为81.0%~88.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~5.5%,定量限(LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。在北京和安徽2地半衰期分别为26、35 d,3个采收间隔期(14、21、28 d)的最终残留结果均低于国际食品法典的最大残留限量。[结论]参照国际食品法典规定的最大残留限量(MRL)标准2 mg/kg,膳食风险评估结果表明按推荐方法使用,嘧菌环胺残留风险较低,间隔21 d后的苹果是相对安全的。[Aims] The dissipation dynamic and residue of cyprodinil in apple were investigated, and the safety of application of cyprodinil on apple and dietary risk assessment was evaluated. [Mothods] The samples were ultrasound-assisted extracted with acetonitrile, purified by SPE, and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. [Results] At the fortified levels of 0.01-2 mg/kg, the average recoveries ranged from 81.0 to 88.4%, with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.4-5.5%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.01 mg/kg. The half-lives (t1/2) in apple from Beijing and Anhui were 26 and 35 d, respectively. The final residues of cyprodinil in apple at 14, 21 and 28 d after the last application were lower than the MRL value set by CAC. [Conclusions] The cyprodinil residue in apple harvested at 21 d after the final application was below the maximum residue limit set by CAC (MRL, 2 mg/kg). The results of dietary risk assessment indicates that the apple is relative safe to human after the interval of 21 days by recommended method.
