摘 要:在现代学术语境中,宋代封赠制度往往被视为孝道原则的一种实践,但在那个时代所承载的意义,实际上已远远超出"光宗耀祖"的范畴,体现着宋代立法者从理顺个体家庭内部关系入手,重建社会基本道德伦理秩序的制度性思考和尝试。宋代封赠制度诸多原则的变化与确定,都源于宋儒对制度背后起支撑作用的家庭伦理规范的认识的深化,源于"新儒学"对于家庭伦理的更深层次的思辨。借助制度的运行,这种理论上的思考被推广到社会实践中,用于构建宋儒理想化的家庭秩序。因此,通过对宋代封赠制度中体现的家庭伦理的考察,庶几得以从制度史研究的角度,展现"新儒学"对于"宋型家庭"的影响。From the perspective of modern terminology,the conferring system in Song has always been treated as a practice of filial piety,the significance of which in fact far reached out of what the term contains.- it is no longer a category for "glorifying one's ancestors" but embodies an institutional concern and attempt to reconstruct the fundamental ethic order of the society by starting from interfering into the internal relationship of a family. Many of the principles in relation to the conferring system came into being,owing to Confucian scholars' deep understanding of family ethics that dominated the imperial institution, and owing to "the New Confucianism" that pondered over family morality at a deeper level. Relying on the operation of the system,such a ethic thinking was popularized to social practice, that is,Confucianist idealized family order. It follows that a study of the family ethics in the conferring system can to a large extent reveal the influence of "the New Confucianism" upon "the Song-styled families" from the perspective of Song's political institution history.
