民族药在北京中医药大学第三附属医院临床使用中合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本院2013―2015年民族药的临床应用情况,归纳总结出本院常用民族药品种,并结合本院临床特色,分析常用民族药使用合理性,指导未来民族药的科学使用。方法:以北京中医药大学第三附属医院2013―2015年民族药的品种、限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)作为评价指标,对用药金额排名前20的民族药进行分析。结果:北京中医药大学第三附属医院用药金额排名前20的多为外用骨伤药、醒神开窍药和理气消食药;用药金额3年保持稳定,用药金额和人数同步性较好。结论:民族药在本院骨伤科、脑病科和脾胃病科应用广泛,临床应用基本合理。Objective： To understand the clinical application of folk medicine in our hospital from 2013 to 2015, summarize tile commonly used folk medicines in our hospital, and analyze the rationality of their use in clinic considering the clinical characteristics of our hospital to guide the scientific use of folk medicine in the future. Methods： Taking defined daily dose （DDD）, DDDs （DDDs）, and defined daily cost （DDC） as the evaluation index, the use of the top 20 folk medicines in amount of money in our hospital during 2013-2015 were analyzed. Results： The top 20 folk medicines were mostly drugs for topical bone injury, encephalopathy and gastrointestinal diseases.The amount of money of the drugs remained stable for three years, and the amount of money and the number of patients synchronized well. Conclusion： Folk medicines are widely used in orthopedics,encephalopathy and spleen and stomach diseases, and their clinical application is basically reasonable.
