摘  要:目的:了解育龄群众对避孕栓的认知情况及使用满意度,明确其使用现状并探讨其推广应用的可行性。方法:设计避孕栓认知度及使用满意度两种调查问卷,对深圳市1000名避孕妇女进行避孕栓认知度调查;选择于本中心行宫内节育器取出术后有继续避孕意愿,知情同意使用避孕栓避孕的妇女200例,在其使用6个月后调查满意度及续用意愿。结果:1000名避孕妇女中对避孕栓完全了解占0.7%(7/1000),部分了解占22.9%(229/1000),完全不了解占76.4%(764/1000);使用避孕栓避孕的妇女中,满意占75.5%(151/200),不满意占6.0%(12/200),使用6个月后有续用意愿者占85.0%(170/200)。结论:育龄妇女对避孕栓的认知度过低,而使用后较高的满意度及续用意愿说明加强避孕栓的宣传,其推广应用是可行的。Objective: To know the cognition status of contraceptive suppository and its degree of satisfaction by people of childbearing age, and to explore the feasibility of promoting. Methods: Questionnaire about cognition and degree of satisfaction of people for contraceptive suppository was designed and filled by 1000 contraceptive women in Shenzhen. 200 women who wanted to using contraceptive continually after removing the intrauterine devices were given contracep- tive suppositories with informed consent. After used contraceptive suppositories for six months, the 200 women were also surveyed by their degree of satisfaction and willingness to use continually. Results .. The proportion of women who completely, partially and not known the contraceptive suppository was 0.7M (7/1000), 22.9% (229/1000) and 76.4% (764/1000), respectively. Among the women who used contraceptive suppositories, 75.5% (151/200) were satisfied, 6.0% (12/200) were unsatisfied. ASter used for 6months, 85.0% (170/200) women were willing to continue to use. Conclusion: The fertile women have low cognition degree to contraceptive suppository. After used it, the high degree of satisfaction and intention to use continually of women suggests that if strengthen propaganda of contraceptive sup- pository, it is feasible to promote this contraceptives.
