摘 要:采用DF120阴离子交换膜,通过扩散渗析法对钛白废酸中的硫酸回收进行了研究,考察了扩散时间、流量及流量比等因素对硫酸回收率及金属离子截留率的影响。动态扩散渗析结果表明,当废酸流量为10 m L/min,酸水流量比为0.5时,硫酸回收率可达到93.5%,金属离子截留率均在95%以上。将上述条件下所得渗析残液进行二次回收,硫酸回收率可提高到96.7%。可见,扩散渗析对于酸和金属盐的分离是一个极其有效的工艺。Diffusion dialysis with DF120 anion exchange membrane was used to recover sulfuric acid from titanium white waste acid. The effects of diffusion time, flow rate and flow rate ratio on the reeovery of H_2SO_4 and rejection ofmetal ions were studied. The results ofdynamie diffusion dialysis showed that the recovery of H_2SO_4 reached 93.5% when the flow rate ratio of feed to water was kept at 0.5, and the flow rate of feed was 10 mL/min. At the same time, the rejection of metal ions was over 95%. The total recovery of H_2SO_4 could reach 96.7% if the residual solution from the first dialysis was recovered for the second time in the same operation condition. It showed that diffusion dialysis was a very effective operation for the separation of acid and metal salt.
