摘　　要：采用MBR平板膜处理机械加工废水,工程运行近2年时间的结果表明,膜工艺对机械加工废水有较好的处理效果。介绍了MBR膜系统的工艺设计及运行,同时对出现的膜污堵现象进行分析,选择有效的化学清洗方法,使得MBR平板膜长期稳定运行。The MBR fiat membrane was used in the treatment of mechanical processing wastewater. The results of the project which running nearly two years showed that membrane technology on mechanical processing wastewater had good treatment effect. The paper introduced the process design and operation of the MBR membrane system. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of membrane fouling was analyzed, and correct chemical method was used to clean the membrane fouling for a long-term stable operation of MBR fiat membrane.
