摘　　要：以耐候性优异的氟碳树脂和成膜性好的丙烯酸树脂混合为成膜物质,采用经硅烷偶联剂KH570改性过的高折射率的钛白粉代替昂贵的玻璃微珠,制备了有机溶剂型低成本太阳热反射涂料。考察了两种树脂不同质量配比下的相容性,讨论了硅烷偶联剂用量对钛白粉分散性的影响。当氟碳树脂与丙烯酸树脂质量比为3∶1,硅烷偶联剂质量分数为4%,钛白粉质量分数为25%~30%时,所制涂层的热反射率达0.82,与某市售含玻璃微珠的黑瓷漆相当,且具有较好的机械性能。An organic solvent-type solar-reflective coating with low cost was developed from a mixed resin, which is composed of fluorocarbon resin with excellent weather resistance and acrylic resin with good film-forming ability, with high refractive titania modified by silane coupling agent KH570 as a substitute to the expensive glass beads. The compatibility of the two kinds of resin mixed with different mass ratios was studied. The effect of silane coupling agent amount on dispersion of titania was discussed. The coating prepared at a fluorocarbon resin/acrylic resin mass ratio of 3：1 with silane coupling agent 4wt% and titania 25-30wt% has a heat reflectivity of 0.82, is comparable to a commercially available black enamel coating containing glass beads, and shows good mechanical properties.
