摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法将功能单体乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)引入丙烯酸乳液大分子链中,并通过添加交联剂端胺基聚醚(简称胺醚),制得了可室温自交联的胺醚-丙烯酸乳液。通过红外光谱证实了AAEM和胺醚之间发生了交联反应。以粒径、分散系数、最低成膜温度以及胶膜的吸水率、耐溶剂性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率为指标,探讨了AAEM-胺醚交联体系用量对乳液及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着AAEM-胺醚交联体系用量增加,胶膜的吸水率和断裂伸长率升高,拉伸强度降低,最低成膜温度从12.5°C降到8.0°C。A emulsion precursor was prepared by introducing a functional monomer acetyl acetylethyl methacrylate (AAEM) into the macromolecular chains of acrylic emulsion by seeded emulsion polymerization method, and then added with amino-terminated polyether (briefly named as amine ether) as crosslinker, forming an ambient temperature self- crosslinkable amine ether-acrylic emulsion. The crosslinking reaction between AAEM and amine ether was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. Taking the particle size, dispersion coefficient, minimum film-forming temperature as well as water absorption rate, solvent resistance, tensile strength and elongation at break of the cured film as indexes, the effect of AAEM-amine ether crosslinking system content on the properties of emulsion and its cured film was discussed. The results showed that with increasing amount of AAEM-amine ether crosslinking system, the water absorption rate and elongation at break of the cured film are increased, the tensile strength is decreased, and the minimum film-forming temperature is decreased from 12.5℃ to 8.0 ℃
