摘 要:利用具有低表面能的疏水硅橡胶RTV-1做成膜基料,甲基三乙氧基硅烷改性的具有网络结构的SiO_2气凝胶作为填料,运用一种简便的方法制备了超疏水改性SiO_2气凝胶/RTV-1涂层:混合→搅拌→超声分散→提拉法→室温下干燥。在同样条件下制备了未改性SiO_2气凝胶/RTV-1涂层、纯RTV-1涂层、改性SiO_2颗粒/RTV-1涂层和纯SiO_2颗粒/RTV-1涂层。采用扫描电镜观察所制涂层的微观形貌,并测量了它们的静态水接触角和滚动角。结果显示,改性增强了涂层的疏水性。改性SiO_2气凝胶/RTV-1涂层的水接触角达到157°,滚动角2°,表现出显著的超疏水特性,其机械性能也较好,附着力为3B,邵氏硬度为34 HA。Using a hydrophobic silicone rubber RTV-1 having low surface energy as film-forming material and methyltriethoxysilane-modified silica aerogel with network structure as filler, a superhydrophobic modified SiO2 aerogel/ RTV-1 coating was prepared by a simple method: mixing → stirring→ultrasonic dispersing → dip coating→ drying at room temperature. The unmodified SiO2 aerogel/RTV-1 coating, pure RTV-1 coating, modified SiO2 particle/RTV-1 coating and pure SiO2 particle/RTV-1 coating were prepared under the same conditions. The microscopic morphologies of the coatings were observed by scanning electron microscope and their static water contact angles and sliding angles were measured. The results showed that modification improves the hydrophobicity of coating. The modified SiO2 aerogel/RTV-1 coating shows significant superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle of 157° and a sliding angle of 2°, and it also has good mechanical properties with an adhesion strength of 3B and a Shore scleroscope hardness of 34 HA.
