摘　　要：改变火电定子扇形冲片的定子槽型必须整体冲制的惯例,采用了新的模具结构和合理的分工步冲制方法,进行单槽单边冲制,解决了在冲压设备不足、冲制方法单一的情况下、顺利冲制出大型火电冲片定子槽的难题,并且完全可以保证定子槽的精度。The change of stator slot of stator overall at the convention, the new die structure lamination type thermal power sector must be and reasonable division step punching method, single slot single punching, stamping equipment to solve the lack of method for punching a single case, problems successfully punched large thermal power at stator slot, and can ensure the precision of the stator slot.
