摘 要:随着互联网经济的快速发展和国家政策的扶助,农村电商迎来了历史性的发展机遇,而其生态系统仍较为脆弱,成为其可持续发展的制约因素。农村电子商务生态系统可分为核心种群、关键种群、支持种群和寄生种群,各种群之间既相互竞争,又相互合作。系统受到种群结构及外部环境因素影响,通过整合与优化,可实现协同效应。基于种群结构及外部环境因素视角,提出地方政府设立专项资金、在各主要环节培育农村电商关键种群,加快农村基础设施建设,培育具有理论与实践能力的涉农电子商务人才等优化农村电子商务生态系统的策略建议。With the rapid growth of the Internet economy and the support of national policy, e-commerce development in rural areas meets a historical opportunity. However, the ecosystem of rural e-commerce is still fragile, restraining the sustainable development of rural e-commerce. The ecosystem could be divided into four populations:core population, key population, support population and parasitic population. The populations cooperate and compete with one another. Affecting by the population structure and external factors, the e-cosystem could realize the synergistic effect with integration and optimization. From the perspectives of population structure and external factors, the strategy for optimizing the ecosystem of e-commerce in rural areas is proposed, including setting up a special fund by the gov-ernment, cultivating key populations in every major links, accelerating the infrastructure construction in rural areas, and building a pool of talents with both theoretical foundation and practical ability in terms of rural e-commerce.
