摘　　要：石玉生主任从膝关节解剖特点出发,结合膝骨性关节炎的病因病机,提出了自己对膝骨性关节炎辨证分型的看法,并在此基础上建立了以筋骨平衡为中心的针推治疗体系。推拿治疗的核心是"推膝眼",在行气止痛、调和气血的同时能够预防或缓解膝骨性关节炎导致的股四头肌萎缩,恢复肌肉对膝关节的控制、保护作用,进而平衡筋骨;针灸的核心是膝关节围刺,尤其是对膝关节肿胀明显者进行大角度深刺,使深层积液透出浅层,从而加快吸收,加快膝关节自身修复。对于后期康复锻炼总结出一套锻炼步骤,从力量、活动度及关节稳定多方面巩固治疗。Director SHI Yusheng combines the anatomy of the knee joint and the causes of knee osteoarthritis, and puts forward the knee osteoarthritis with syndrome differentiation typing. He established an acupuncture-massage treatment system as the center of the balance of muscles and bones.The core of tuina therapy is pushing knee points. It is not only able to relieve pain and regulating qi and blood, but also can prevent or alleviate muscle atrophy caused by knee osteoarthritis and restore control and protection of the muscles of the knee joint, further, you can balance the bones muscles. The core of acupuncture is to surround the knee joint, especially to the knee joint with obvious swelling, which can induce the deep fluid to be induced to the shallow layer in order to speed up the absorption and accelerate the knee joint＇s self repairing.For the latter part of the rehabilitation exercise, he summed up a set of exercise steps to consolidate the treatment, including strength, activity and stability of the joint and many aspects.
