摘  要:目的研究观察加味糖宁3号方治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将64例糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者随机分为加味糖宁3号方治疗组和西药治疗组各32例,对2组患者糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、餐后2h的血糖水平(2h PG)、空腹血糖(FBG)以及骨密度水平等指标进行检测,同时比较临床症状改善及不良反应等情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.9%,西药治疗组为69.4%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后空腹血糖、Hb Alc及2h PG明显优于西药治疗组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;治疗后2组骨密度平均值均有升高(P<0.05),而治疗后加味糖宁3号方组骨密度平均值高于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论加味糖宁3号方治疗糖尿病并骨质疏松,补肾通络壮骨,在控制血糖基础上对患者骨的吸收亦能起到有效控制作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of No.3 ofJiawei Tangning on diabetic combined with osteoporosis. Methods The 64 patients diagnosed with diabetes and osteoporosis were randomly divided into test group and control group (n=32 respectively). Glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), 2h postprandial glucose (2hPG), fasting blood glucose (FBG) and verage BMD were detected, at the same time, the improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9%, while control group was only 69.4%, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose, HbAlc and 2hPG of treatment group were lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Bone mineral density were increased (P 〈0.05) in both groups, but bone mineral density of treatment group were higher than control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion No.3 of Jiawei Tangning on diabetic combined with osteoporosis, based on the control of blood glucose,could control the patient's bone absorption.
