刺五加叶化学成分及药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的将刺五加叶的国内外研究进展概况进行整理总结,为刺五加叶的开发利用提供参考。方法查阅近30年相关文献,对刺五加叶所含化学成分、药理作用以及现代临床应用等内容进行归纳整理。结果刺五加叶中主要含有皂苷类、黄酮类以及有机酸类等化合物,有调控心脑血管系统,抑制癌细胞增殖,降低尿糖、血糖,抗炎、抗菌、抗应激、增强免疫力、抗疲劳等药理作用。结论刺五加叶具有保护心脑血管系统、抗肿瘤、降血糖等药理作用。刺五加注射液、刺五加片(胶囊)广泛应用于临床医疗,保健食品五加参茶能够明显改善神经衰弱、失眠等症。Objective To summarized the research progress of acanthopanax senticosus leaves at home and abroad and to provided reference for the development and utilization. Methods The chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and modem clinical application of acanthopanax senticosus leaves were summarized in the last 30 years. Results Acanthopanax senticosus leaves mainly contain saponins, flavonoids and organic acids and other compounds. It has a variety of pharmacological effects such as protection of cardiovascular system, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti stress, enhance immunity, anti fatigue and so on.Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus leaves have the function of protection cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and other pharmacological effects. Acanthopanax injection and Acanthopanax tablets （capsule） are widely used in clinical medicine.Health food Five Plus Tea can significantly improve neurasthenia, insomnia embolism.
