淫羊藿在妇科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：淫羊藿是中医传统的补益类中药材,最早记录于《神农本草经》,功效补肾阳、强筋骨、祛风湿,多用于治疗高血压、冠心病、半身不遂、阳痿、骨质疏松等常见疾病。现代药理研究表明,淫羊藿的化学成分以黄酮类化合物为主,其有效成分能增强下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴的分泌,具有雌激素样作用,并且可以促进性激素分泌、提高性功能,对生殖内分泌系统有调节作用。淫羊藿在多种妇科疾病如围绝经期综合征、卵巢早衰、不孕症、多囊卵巢综合征、先兆流产等的临床治疗中均有重要应用。Epimedium is one of the tonic traditional Chinese medicine which was documented in Shennong＇s classic ofmateria medica. It can improve kidney-yang, strengthen bones and muscles and dispel wind-dampness. It is widely used in the treatment of hypertension, coronary heart disease, hemiplegia, impotence, osteoporosis and so on. The chemical constituents of epimedium are mainly flavonoids.Pharmacological research indicated that the active constituent of epimedium had estrogen-like effect and it can promote the hormone secretion, improve sexual function and regulate reproductive and endocrine system. Epimedium plays an important role in treatment of gynecological diseases such as climacteric syndrome, premature ovarian failure, infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, threatened abortion and so on.
