“合治内府”的理论依据与临床应用

摘　　要："合治内府"理论最早见于《黄帝内经》,是针灸治疗内腑病证的重要用穴方案。应用此理论治疗相应腑病是临床实践中最直观的认识。大量的文献从经脉循行特点、脏腑理论、标本根结等方面对"合治内府"进行了理论性探索。脏腑生理功能、经脉循行、标本根结理论以及大量现代研究为"六腑有疾,取之于下合穴"提供了依据;在现代治疗六腑疾病的临床应用中,下合穴常与募穴、背俞穴配合使用,治疗方式常为手针及针药配合。下合穴与六腑之间的相关性有合理的理论依据。应用"合治内府"理论进行穴位配伍也大量地出现在临床实践中,现代医学也从临床观察和实验研究方面,探讨其可能存在的特异性物质基础和机制。The theory of ＂treating viscera disorders by Low-He-Sea Points＂ ,firstly recorded in the Canon of internal medicine, is an important rule of selecting acupoint for treating viscera disorders. It is the most intuitive understanding that apply this theory for treating the viscera disorders in the clinical practice.Literature shows that it has already explored the theory from the features of meridiansl zangfu theory and Biaoben Genjie. The zangfu physiological function,the circulation of the meridians,the theory ofBiaoben Genjie,and the current researches provide the evidences for the theory of ＂treat viscera disorders by Lower He-sea Points＂.The majority clinical applications treat viscera disorders by combination Xiahe points with Mu points or Beishu points,manual acupuncture and acupuncture combined with herbs are the frequently-used treatments. The close relations between xiahe points and Six Fu has reasonable theorical foundations.It has been supported by applying the theory for treating viscera disorders with a large number of acupoint compatibility in the clinical practices.It has been discussed that the theory may exists the special substance basis and the possible mechanisms from the results of clinical and experimental studies.
