摘　　要：明清时期是中医发展集大成之时代,自《内经》以下,尤其受金元四大家的影响,各医家在继承先贤基础上结合自己的临床经验不断完善对"不寐证"病因病机、治则治法及方药的理论认识。提出了阳虚不寐、肝胆郁不寐、痰火不寐、心火不寐、瘀血不寐、神明不安导致的不寐证型。在治疗上或强调脾胃和肾命阳气的主宰作用,推崇温补脾肾;或"热扰心神致失眠"基础上祛邪清火;或化瘀、安神,对瘀血不寐及神明不安进行辩证。同时拟定经典组方进行治疗,取得了很好的临床疗效。对后世中医"不寐证"理论体系的系统化建立做出了巨大的贡献。Ming and Qing dynasties era are masters of the development of Chinese medicine,from the following of canon of medicine, particularly affected by Jinyuan four eminent physicians in the Jin and Yuan dynasties. Doctors continue to improve the ＂insomnia＂ understanding of etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutical principles and prescription theory, which is based on ancient doctors and their own clinical experience.There are many insomnia syndromes, such as by yang deficiency insomnia, liver and gallbladder depression insomnia,phlegm fire insomnia,excessive heart insomnia,blood stasis insomnia and gods restless insomnia. In the treatment or emphasize the leading role of the spleen and stomach and kidney dominate yang-qi, respect warming spleen and kidney;or on the basis of ＂thermal disturbance of mind induced insomnia＇to dispel pathogenic factor and clear away fire;or absorb clots, tranquilization,and to dialectical study on blood stasis insomnia and gods restless insomnia.Meanwhile, protocol the classic prescription for treatment and achieved good clinical efficacy.It make a great contribution on systematic traditional Chinese medicine ＂insomnia＂theoretical system to be established.
