中医药干预慢性心力衰竭能量代谢重构的研究进展

摘　　要：目的总结近几年中医药在干预心衰心肌能量代谢重构方面的研究进展。方法对正常心肌及心衰心肌能量代谢予以介绍,并从调节心脏底物代谢、改善线粒体功能、改善心肌能量转移和利用三方面对近几年中医药干预心衰心肌能量代谢重构机制的研究予以总结。结果中医药可多组分、多环节、多途径、多靶点干预心衰心肌的能量代谢重构,对于心衰心肌能量代谢重构的治疗与控制进展上有一定疗效。结论中医药通过干预心衰心肌能量代谢重构,从而优化和改善能量代谢或将成为中医治疗心力衰竭新的靶点。Objective To summarize the research progress in recent years, which focusing on the energy metabolic remodelling of the failing heart with help of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods This paper introduces the energy metabolism in normal myocardium as well as the failure one and summarizes researches in recent years, which focusing on the energy metabolic remodelling of the failing heart with help of TCM, in terms of regulation of cardiac substrate metabolism, improvements of mitochondrial function, improvements of myocardial energy transfer. Results TCM can regulate the energy metabolic remodelling of the failing heart through multi-components, multi-links, multi- channels, multi-targets, and has a certain effect on the treatment and control of the remodeling of myocardial energy metabolism in heart failure. Conclusion Regulating the energy metabolic remodelling of the failing heart to optimize and improve the energy metabolism will become a new target for treatments of heart failure with TCM.
