摘　　要：我国经济正处于适应经济新常态的关键时期,大力发展战略性新兴产业,以技术创新造就新工艺、新产品,在国际竞争中占据价值链的高端环节,企业创新能力的提高是关键。文章利用我国战略性新兴产业上市公司公开发布的信息和财务数据,采用实证分析方法,研究了研发投入、对外直接投资对企业创新能力的影响。结果表明:研发投入、对外直接投资对我国战略性新兴类企业创新能力提升具有显著促进作用。对样本按照产权性质分组后,发现不同产权性质的企业研发投入、对外直接投资对创新能力的影响存在差异。最后,从有利于企业创新能力提高和产业发展方面提出了相应建议。China＇s economy is in a critical period --- to adapt to new economic form; The improvement of enterprise innovation ability is the key in the process of vigorously developing emerging strategic industries, creating new tech- nology and new products by technological innovation, and holding up the high-end segment of the value chain in the international competition. This paper researched in the impact of R＆D investment and outward direct foreign invest- ment on enterprise innovation ability by using financial data published by listed companies of China＇s emerging stra- tegic industries. The results showed that R＆D investment and outward direct foreign investment had a significant role in promoting the innovation capability of China＇s emerging strategic enterprises. R＆D investment and outward direct foreign investment affected the innovation ability differently for enterprise with distinct property rights.
