摘  要:我国教育强调获取知识忽略应用知识,导致大学生对知识产权的理解十分淡薄,缺乏专利战略意识。高等院校在鼓励学生进行创新研究过程中忽略了引导学生进行创新成果保护。大部分学生未进行过专利相关知识的培训,不了解专利申请流程,对专利申请望而止步,无法运用专利权保护自身利益。本文通过对高校专利意识现状进行分析,提出了培养大学生专利意识的对策。In China,education emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge ignores the application of knowledge,which leads to the understanding of intellectual property rights of the students is very weak. Universities encourage student to do research but ignore the protection of innovative product. Most of the students did not have patent related knowledge training,misunderstand the patent and do not know patent application process. Therefore they cannot use patents to protect their own interests. In this paper,the present situation and problems of university patent consciousness of college students were analyzed,and the countermeasures to improve college students' patent consciousness were proposed.
