摘  要:本文结合高职院校教学督导工作实际,研究适合中国特色高职教育的教学督导体制,创新机制体制,构建全新的高职院校"三维立体化"教学督导体系.通过这一督导体系的构建,希望能够改善高职院校教学督导工作所面临的困境,并加强高职院校"校企合作,工学一体"的办学机制的发展。This article is going to discuss the reality of teaching supervision and clarify the teaching supervision sys- tem for Chinese higher vocational education. Furthermore,it will create innovation mechanism system and introduce the construction of a new "3 d three-dimensional" teaching supervision system. Through the construction of the supervi- sion system,it will help to improve the efficiency in the teaching supervision work in higher vocational colleges. It is also essential to strengthen the cooperation between colleges and training workshop in order to develop the school-running mechanism.
