摘 要:随着教育国际化战略的不断推进,近十年来国内中外合作办学方兴未艾。本次研究采取问卷调查的形式,选取就业显性指标、自我认同度和求职难易度三个维度的指标,对南京财经大学近五年来财经类普通毕业生和中外合作教育的毕业生的就业竞争力进行实证分析。结果表明,中外合作教育模式下的毕业生确实更具就业竞争力,但仍需学校给予专业性的就业教育和指导。With the advance of the education internationalization,Sino-foreign cooperative education is flourishing during the past decade.This thesis conducted the empirical comparative research on the employment competitiveness of both normal educated and Sino-foreign cooperative educated finance and economics majors in Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in latest 5 years. The questionnaire is designed according to employment index,self-identifica- tion index and the difficulty rate of seeking employment. The research shows that Sino-foreign educated students have higher employment competitiveness,yet still need the professional employment education from university.
