摘　　要：高校学生资助是党和政府对社会弱势群体的关爱和保护,是帮助家庭经济困难的学生能够上得起大学、顺利完成学业的重要途径,也是实现教育公平的重要组成部分。加强高校基层党团建设,可以提高学生资助的工作实效,有效地促进学生社会主义核心价值观的培育,完善高校资助育人的功能。College students＇ financial aid is the care and protection of social vulnerable groups by the Party and the government. It is an important way to help the students with financial difficulties to get on the university and finish their studies successfully. It is also an important part of realizing educational equity. Strengthening the construction of grass- roots party organizations in colleges and universities can improve the effectiveness of students ＇financial support,effec- tively promote the cultivation of students＇ socialist core values,and improve the function of subsidizing and educating people in colleges and universities.
