摘　　要：应用型人才是地方本科高校的人才培养目标,大学生创新能力则是应用型人才培养的主题。本文以宁德师范学院为例,对大学生创新能力的培养提升进行了探讨。针对目前存在的问题,提出了做好此项工作的意见或建议。Application oriented talent is the goal of talent cultivation in local undergraduate universities,and the in- novation ability of university students is the theme of applied talents training. This paper,taking Ningde Normal Uni- versity as an example,discusses the cultivation and promotion of students＇ innovation ability. In view of the present ex- isting problems,put forward some opinions or suggestions to do the work well.
