摘　　要：本文设计了一套适合海岸带综合管理方向的人员课程培训与实践方案,该方案采用理论讲授和野外实践相结合的方式展开,主要涉及六大课题:海岸带资源类型及开发模式、海岸带规划、海岸带综合管理、海洋经济与海岸带可持续发展、海岸带生态系统和海岸带调查技术及应用。该方案面向海岸带管理、资源开发相关部门从事规划、勘测、设计、施工和管理、教学、科研等专业技术人员,在更新专业方向知识结构、提升综合持续创新能力方面提供服务。In this paper,taking the comprehensive development and management of coastal resources as an example, we completed a set of program which is suitable for course training and practice of relevant technologist engaged in coastal devdopment and management. This program combined field practice and classroom topic mainly involved six issues in coastal zone：development mode and resources types,planning,integrated management,marine economy and sustainable development,ecosystem and investigation technology. This scheme is able to provide continuity services for relevant technicians engaged in planning,surveying,design,construction and management,teaching,scientific research and other professional and technical personnel.
