仿真支气管镜模拟器在支气管镜进修医生培训中的应用

摘　　要：支气管镜技术已成为呼吸专科医师诊疗过程的重要工具,部分二级医院急需掌握该技术的专科医师。但支气管镜检查是具有一定风险的有创侵入性操作,临床培训具有一定的困难。近年来,我院采用仿真支气管镜模拟教学系统,培训支气管镜专科进修医师熟悉支气管镜的操作流程、技巧和手法、镜下如何定位和观察病变及支气管灌洗、病变活检和并发症处理等,取得了满意的效果,具有广泛的应用前景。Bronchoscope has become important means in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases for respiratory physicians,and some second-grade general hospitals do need specialist physicians who master the bronchoscope technique. Bronchoscope is an invasive operation with high risk and high technology,so this causes lots of difficulties for clinical education and training. In recent years,by the high-fidehty bronchoscope simulator,we teach and train specialist refresher doctors the bronchoscope operation process、skill and technique,the method of location and the observation in bronchoscope.The specialist refresher doctors also could learn how to perform biopsy,bronchial lavage,and how to deal with complications.The teaching results are satisfactory and the high-fidelity bronchoscope simulator has broad application prospects.
