摘 要:目的探索品管圈活动(QCC)在儿童医院门诊内科患者健康教育中的效果与体会。方法成立"品管圈"组织,通过主题选定、拟定活动计划、目标设定、现状分析及制定就诊各环节精细化流程并实施、效果确认及标准化就诊流程的建立。结果门诊内科患者健康教育知晓率由41%上升至80%。结论将QCC模式用于就诊服务的改进,规范健康教育流程,使患者掌握了有关疾病防治知识,改善不良卫生习惯,提高自我保健能力,促进健康,改善护理服务品质,提升护理工作质量,从而进一步提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the quality control circle (QCC) at the effect and experience of increasing the awareness of health educa- tion in the outpatient service of Chongqing University children's hospital.Methods The QCC organization was established, through the theme selection, activity planning, goal setting, current situation analysis and developing the fine infusion process and effect, confirmation and stand- ardized transfusion service process modeling. Results The awareness of health education in the outpatient service increased from 41% to 80%. Conclusion The QCC mode which is used to improve treatment services and standardize health education process, can make patients to master knowledge about prevention and treatment of diseases, correct the poorer health habits, improve self-care ability, better the quality of nursing work, enhance the efficiency of nurses, and further improving patients satisfaction.
