复方利巴韦林滴鼻液的含量测定

摘　　要：目的　建立复方利巴韦林滴鼻液的含量测定方法。方法　采用二阶导数分光光度法 ,不经分离 ,直接同时测定利巴韦林和盐酸麻黄素的含量 ,取 2 36 1nm和 2 2 1 0nm波长处的振幅值作为定量信息。结果　平均回收率为 10 0 4 6 %和 99 74 % ,RSD为 1 17%和 0 79% ,r=0 9995。结论　该方法简便快速 ,重复性好 。OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and sensitive method for determination of Compound Ribavirin Nasal drops.METHODS Ssecond derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine ribavirin and ephedrine hydrochloride.The absolute values of amplitude at 236.1 nm and 221.0 nm were used as the quantitative information,respectively.RESULTS The average recoveries were 100.46% and 99.74%,and RSD were 1.17% and 0.79%.The relation coefficient was 0.9995.CONCLUSION This method is sensitive,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of the product.
