摘　　要：介绍了集约型超大规模高性能轿车子午线轮胎生产系统及工程关键技术研发的背景及意义,分析了该研发的技术原理,列举了研发的主要内容,包括工程总体方案研究、总体设计、各专业技术集成设计研究、公用工程集成创新技术、建造关键技术等,总结了该项研究的主要技术特征和总体性能指标。该研究对轮胎企业提高技术水平、促进技术进步、节约成本、节能降耗、提高供给竞争力有着很好的作用,可供同行借鉴。The research background and significance of the production system and engineering key technology for high-performance car radial tires are introduced. This paper analyses the basic principle of the development of technology, Outlines main contents of the research and development including engineering overall plan research, overall design, various professional and technical integration design research, utilities integrated innovation technology, construction of key technologies, etc.
