摘  要:通过改变填料种类与天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)并用共混,来探究D50、强威粉、N85等无机填料的用量对并用胶各项物理机械性能的影响。实验结果表明:D50的加入明显提高了NR/SBR并用胶的物理机械性能,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率提升25%以上、撕裂强度提升10%左右,硬度稍有下降。当D50与碳酸钙、陶土一起并用时,可以在保持力学性能的基础上降低成本,且综合性能较好。Through blending NR, SBR and inorganic fillers, we studied the ratio of inorganic fillers affects on mechanical and curing performance of blending compound. The results showed that, with small amount of fillers, it had enhanced obviously effect on properties of blending rubber, the tensile strength and elongation at break was increased about 25% or more, and the tear strength was increased by about 10%, Akron was increased about 5%, but the hardness decreased slightly. When blending D50, pottery clay and calcium carbonate, the compromising product performance changed little, but the cost reduced significantly, and better comprehensive performance.
