摘 要:将不同比例的Cr掺入FeSiAl合金中,经真空电弧熔炼、破碎、球磨制得合金粉。添加适量润滑剂和粘结剂,经冷压成型制得磁粉芯,并在933K退火1h。用振动样品磁强计检测合金粉的饱和磁化强度,用动态磁滞回线测试装置测试磁粉芯的功率损耗,用LCR测试有效磁导率。结果表明,当Cr含量低于6%时,随Cr含量升高,合金粉的饱和磁化强度升高;当Cr含量为6%时达到136.73emu/g;在Cr含量为6%时磁粉芯的损耗最小,为25.38 W/kg;随Cr含量的升高,磁导率减小。The different proportions of Cr were incorporated into FeSiAl alloys. After vacuum arc melted, breaken and ball-milled, the alloy powders were prepared. The right amount of lubricant and binder were added, then, the magnetic powder cores were made by cold forming and annealing for 1 h at 933 K. The saturation magnetization of the alloy powders was measured by vibrating samples magnetometer. The power loss of magnetic powder cores was measured by dynamic magnetic hysteresis loop apparatus. The effective permeability was measured by LCR. The results show that when Cr content is less than 6% ; with Cr content increasing, the saturation magnetization of the alloy powder increases; the saturation magnetization can reach 136.73 emu/g when Cr content is 6%; the power loss is minimum, which is 25.38 W/kg when Cr content is 6%.With Cr content increasing, the permeability decreases.
