摘  要:为验证利用自蔓延高温合成法直接制备陶瓷-钢背复合钢板的可行性,以铝热剂为反应物,在Q235A钢背表面制备Al_2O_3陶瓷烧结层,并利用能谱仪、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了烧结层。结果表明,烧结层与钢背结合良好,无明显间隙;烧结层按铁元素含量可分为三个区域,越靠近钢背,铁元素含量越高,致密度越高;烧结层物相以Al_2O_3为主,Fe单质及其化合物次之,且分布不均。In order to verify the feasibility of preparing the cermet steel backing clad steel plate by SHS directly, the thermite was used as reactant, the ceramic sintering layer was prepared on Q235A steel backing surface. Ceramic sintering layer was analyzed by EDS, SEM, XRD. The results show that sintering layer and steel backing are bonded well without obvious gaps. Based on the mass fraction of iron, the ceramic sintering layer is divided into three zomes, and the closer to the steel backing the ceramic simtering layer is the higher the mass fraction of iron and density are. The phases are mainly dominated by Al2O3 and the iron and its compounds take the second place. But, these phases distribute unequally.
