鲍氏前列灌肠方配合前列回春胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鲍氏前列灌肠方配合前列回春胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将2014年1月—2015年12月杭州市红十字会医院收治的126例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组63例。对照组给予前列回春胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上给予鲍氏前列灌肠方。观察2组治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分(NIH-CPSI)、中医证候积分、前列腺液(EPS)中卵磷脂小体、白细胞、血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10变化,并统计临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组NIH-CPSI各指标评分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组NIH-CPSI各指标评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组卵磷脂小体、白细胞计数显著改善(P<0.05),且效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组IL-1β、IL-2、IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为88.9%,显著高于对照组的61.9%(P<0.05)。结论鲍氏前列灌肠方配合前列回春胶囊可有效改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者临床症状,降低机体炎症水平,治疗效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Baoshi Forefront Enema combined with Qianlie Huichun Capsule on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis were divided into two groups at random,63 in each group. Patients in control group were given Qianlie Huichun Capsule,and patients in observation group were given extra Baoshi Forefront Enema. The chronic prostatitis symptom index score（ NIHCPSI）,TCM symptom score,EPS-lecithin corpuscle and white blood cells,serum IL-1β,IL-2,IL-10 levels of two groups were under observation before and after the treatment. And the clinical efficacy of two groups was observed. Results After treatment,all indexes in NIH-CPSI of two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈 0. 05）,and all indexes in NIH-CPSI of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,TCM symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈 0. 05）,and TCM symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,EPS-lecithin corpuscle and white blood cells counting were significantly improved（ P〈 0. 05）,and also worked better than control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-10 levels of two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈 0. 05）,and IL-1β,IL-2,IL-10 levels of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 88. 9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 61. 9%,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Baoshi Forefront Enema combined with Qianlie Huichun Capsule could effectively improve clinical symptoms and inflammatory levels of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis with satisfactory effect.
