摘 要:采用TPS法、DPF法和AHP法从不同角度对昆明市某污水处理厂技术性能进行了综合评价,并对三种评价方法进行了比较分析。TPS统计评价侧重于单一指标分析,评价指标包括COD、BOD_5、TN、TP和NH_4^+-N等的去除率、达标率、稳定性和去除负荷等,评价结果为出水BOD_5、TP、NH_4^+-N稳定性差,但达标率都高于95%,出水TN平均值接近限值,达标率小于95%;DPF法综合评价偏重于整体性能评价,将各污染物浓度转换为COD当量,评价结果为进水污染物浓度低于设计标准,污染物去除负荷低于设计负荷,污染物去除率基本达到设计要求;AHP法综合评价则兼顾了单一指标和整体性能,建立包括去除率、达标率、稳定性和去除负荷等的评价指标体系,带有主观性,评价结果为运行状态总体良好,旱季略好于雨季,但TN达标率低于95%。结合TPS法和DPF法分析,TN应作为未来运行管理中重点控制的技术指标。The technical performance of a wastewater treatment plant in Kunming was evaluated by methods of TPS, DPF and AHP from different perspectives, and based on the evaluation results, the three evaluation methods were compared. TPS statistical evaluation method focused on the single indicator analysis. The indicators comprised the removal rate, standard compliance rate, stability and removal load of pollutants COD, BOD5, TN, TP and NH4^+ - N. The evaluation results showed that the stability of effluent NH4^+ -N, BOD5 and TP was poor, but their standard compliance rates were more than 95%. The average effluent TN concentration was close to the limits, with the standard compliance rate of less than 95%. DPF comprehensive evaluation method emphasized on the overall performance evaluation and converted concentrations of each pollutant into COD equivalents. The evaluation results showed that the influent concentrations of pollutants were below the design standards, the removal load of pollutants was less than the design load, and the removal rates of pollutants basically met the design requirements. AHP comprehensive evaluation method took both the single indicator and overall performance into account by establishing an evaluation index system of removal rate, standard compliance rate, stability and removal load, with subjectivity. The evaluation results showed that the operating state was generally good dry season was slightly better than the rainy season, but the standard compliance rate of TN was 95%. Through all the evaluation methods, TN should be focused on in future system operation , and the less than management.
